Corporate Background

TeleSoft International, Inc. was founded in 1992 to develop and market high-performance software and hardware for the digital communications market.

Charter

TeleSoft provides a continually expanding family of telecom and datacom protocol stacks, so that you can dramatically reduce your development time and develop your in-house expertise. TeleSoft engages in the full cycle of product development to better understand customer issues and provide proven solutions.

Products

TeleSoft's CompactSIP and TsLink3 are continually evolving and comprehensive families of VoIP, SIP, PPP, ML-PPP, Frame Relay, T1/E1 and ISDN telecommunications software protocol stacks that provide a valuable head start to developers of communications equipment.

MIDAS (Modular ISDN Data Access Solution) is a set of proven hardware designs that TeleSoft licenses with TsLink3 to provide manufacturers with the most rapid, cost-effective path to a finished product. The synergy between TsLink3 ported to the MIDAS platform and our technical support enables you to dramatically accelerate your ISDN product development.

Customer Base

TsLink3 customers are communications equipment manufacturers who build products incorporating CompactSIP and TsLink3 software and communications chips from companies such as AMD, Maxim-Dallas, Infineon, Legerity, Lucent, Freescale, PMC Sierra and Zarlink. TeleSoft software saves these customers hundreds of thousands of dollars in development costs and significantly decreases the time-to-market for new products.

The current customer base includes more than 250 companies including AT&T, Cisco, D-Link, Digital Equipment Corporation, Fujitsu, GTE, IBM, Innomedia, Lucent, Multi-Tech, NEC, NTT, NxNetworks, Polycom, US Robotics, and Vertical Communications. This customer base spans the world with licensees in North America, South America, South Africa, the Pacific Rim, and Europe.

Principals

The principals of TeleSoft have extensive experience in the design, development, and marketing of software and hardware products for the data communications industry. Their backgrounds include AT&T Bell Labs, Federal Express, IBM, Infinet, and Advanced Micro Devices (AMD).

Employees

TeleSoft has assembled a team of experienced professionals to provide development and customer support on a worldwide basis. TeleSoft's corporate office is in Collierville, TN, and the Marketing and Design Center is located in Austin, TX (both on Central Standard Time). When combined with the branch locations on the East and West Coasts of the United States and representatives serving international markets, TeleSoft is able to offer timely, responsive support to all customers worldwide.
